Iowa floods, systems thinking, and global warming
By WDavidStephenson | June 16, 2008
There’s no direct causality, but you can’t convince me that the devastating Iowa floods aren’t at least in part due to global warming.
In my book, that’s yet another indictment of the current administration’s failure to think in terms of systems, and their failure to act sooner on global warming is already having a devastating impact on the US. Yes, global warming is perhaps THE ultimate national security issue, as the Pentagon predicted 4 yrs. ago.
